At Brahmana Kitchen, every order is handled with care and attention to detail. Once an order is placed, it is carefully processed within 24–48 hours and prepared for dispatch. Upon shipment, tracking details will be shared to keep you informed at every step.
We deliver across India and selected international locations, ensuring safe and hygienic packaging. While we strive for timely delivery, delays caused by external logistics or unforeseen circumstances may occasionally occur.
Order cancellations are accepted only before dispatch. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
As our products are crafted with care using natural ingredients, returns are not accepted under normal conditions. However, in the rare case of a damaged or incorrect delivery, we request you to notify us within 24 hours with supporting proof. Upon verification, we will ensure a suitable resolution.
Refunds, where applicable, are processed securely within 5–7 business days.
To maintain the quality and freshness of our products, customers are advised to follow proper storage practices. Brahmana Kitchen is not responsible for issues arising from improper handling after delivery.
